FAQs-Kellas – Snuggle Sac


Once your order has been placed,you will immediately  receive an email notification from Snuggle sac. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse,you will received the second email with a tracking number and a link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point). 

Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment within the continental US. Orders for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are estimated to arrive within 10-14 business days of shipment. We cannot offer premium shipping.  

If your order has not shipped in over two weeks, please notify us at snuggle_sac@outlook.com. This may mean there may be an issue in fulfillment/delivery that we can work to get resolved.

We want our customers love products and the experience Snuggle sac. If you found out the purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different product instead, we welcome you to request a return or exchange by emailing snuggle_sac@outlook.com . Once the below information has been received, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return address.

Please Beware that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, the return item must be undamaged (new condition) Packing and tags must be kept intact .customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. The item must be sent via mail.

To expedite this process, please include the following information within your email:

- Order #

- Name On Order

- order Email address order

- Shipping Address

- Reason for return

- Choice of exchange or refund

Once your return has been processed and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This can take up to 7 business days from date of delivery. The credit can take an additional 5-10 business days to appear depending on your banking institution. Partial refunds will be initiated in case the item is found to be damaged, washed, or stained.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they enter their
delivery and order information appropriately before submitting it - we usually cannot terminate your order.

Our warehouse is usually efficient and customer's order is usually processed within 2 hours, so if you need to change your information, we strongly recommend that you should prepare your order id and order information firstly and then contact our customer service
snuggle_sac@outlook.com immediately. Otherwise the order can not be changed after the item has been shipped.

If your order has already been delivered, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you.

We want to make sure that all your items arrive on time to meet your holiday needs. Please note that if you want your order to arrive in time for Christmas *, you must place your order by December 15th
